Born and raised in Southern MD, she discovered her passion for real estate early, beginning as an assistant to a top-producing agent. She later expanded her expertise in the mortgage industry, working for several years as a loan officer and processor. This combined experience gives her a unique advantage when guiding clients through both the buying and financing process.
Having recently relocated from the Delaware beaches to NC's beautiful coast, April understands firsthand the challenges of buying, selling, and moving.
